General Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the “General Conditions”) apply to all sales of products purchased through the website www.reginarossa.com.

The use of the distance selling service described in these General Conditions is reserved exclusively for consumers, defined as natural persons acting for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial, or professional activity they may carry out.

The Customer is required to read these General Conditions carefully, as they are made available on the Website, in order to allow their storage and reproduction by the Customer in accordance with Article 12 of Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003.

Contracts concluded with Regina Rossa di Stefania Giusta through the Website are governed by Italian law and, in particular, by Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (the “Consumer Code”) and Legislative Decree No. 70 of April 9, 2003 (the “E-Commerce Decree”).

Information relating to the Products is available on the Website.


Prices

Product prices are inclusive of all taxes and duties. Delivery costs are indicated separately and are included in the total amount payable. All prices are expressed in Euros.


Ordering Products

The essential characteristics and prices of the Products are indicated in the offer relating to each Product.

To purchase Products, the Customer must add the Product to the appropriate “cart” and, after reviewing the General Conditions, select “Check out,” then choose the desired payment method and complete the order process.

By submitting the order, the Customer acknowledges and declares that they have reviewed all the information provided during the purchase procedure and fully accept the General Conditions.

The Seller reserves the right to evaluate and accept incoming orders. The Seller will notify the Customer of any inability to accept an order within 10 days starting from the day following the submission of the order and will refund any amounts already paid by the Customer.


Payment Methods

The Customer may pay for the Products and related delivery costs by credit or debit card, or via PayPal.

If, for any reason, it is not possible to charge the amounts due, the sales process will be automatically cancelled and the sale voided.


Order Confirmation

Upon execution of the contract, the Customer will receive an order confirmation by email containing a summary of the General Conditions, the essential characteristics of the purchased Product, the price paid, information regarding the right of withdrawal (including timing and procedures), the geographical address for submitting complaints, and details regarding assistance services and any applicable commercial warranties.


Ineffectiveness of the Order

No contract shall be deemed concluded between the Seller and the Customer if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Customer is not acting based on a genuine interest in purchasing the Products, or is exercising the right of withdrawal abusively.

In such cases, the order shall be considered null and void. The Seller will notify the Customer by email of the non-conclusion of the contract and will cancel any charges or expenses incurred.


Shipping and Delivery

Products purchased on the Website will be delivered to the address provided by the Customer. The Customer may request delivery to another individual residing or domiciled within Italian territory.

Delivery costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly indicated on the Website and in the order form. Deliveries are carried out via SDA – Poste Italiane, from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The Seller is not responsible for unforeseeable delays.

Once the Products have been shipped, the Seller will send a confirmation email including the tracking number, which can be used to monitor the shipment on the Poste Italiane website.

Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, Products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 days starting from the day following order submission, unless the Seller notifies the Customer—within the same period—of the inability to deliver due to temporary or permanent unavailability. In such cases, the Seller will refund any amounts already paid.

If, following notification of a delivery delay, the Customer chooses to cancel the order, any amount already paid will be refunded as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days from the day following order submission.


Right of Withdrawal

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract without providing any reason, by returning the purchased Products within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of receipt.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an email to reginarossagioielli@gmail.com containing:

  • a statement of intent to exercise the right of withdrawal;

  • the indication of the Products to be returned;

  • the order number issued at the time of purchase.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised, the Seller will refund the full price of the Products provided they are returned in normal condition (undamaged, unworn, and in their original packaging) and in compliance with the above instructions. The Seller reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are non-refundable. The Seller will process refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned Products.

The Seller is not responsible for refunds or compensation relating to Products returned but never received due to loss, theft, or damage not attributable to the Seller.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once shipped. In such cases, the return policy described above applies.

Products made to measure or customized for the Customer (“custom orders”), including rings adjusted to the Customer’s size, are not eligible for return.


Lack of Conformity

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Customer must promptly contact the Seller at reginarossagioielli@gmail.com.

The Customer is entitled to restoration of conformity free of charge through repair or replacement, or to an appropriate price reduction or contract termination. These rights are forfeited if the defect is not reported within two months of discovery. Claims must in any case be made within 24 months of delivery.


Errors

Product information on the Website is regularly updated; however, the complete absence of errors cannot be guaranteed.

The Seller reserves the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update information at any time without prior notice, even after an order has been submitted.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These General Conditions are governed by Italian law and interpreted accordingly. For any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity, or execution, exclusive jurisdiction lies with the court of the Customer’s place of residence or domicile, provided it is located within Italy.
