I take the originality of my jewellery very seriously, even when it is made to commission. With that said, please be aware that I will never copy the design of another piece of jewellery, regardless of its origin. Copying is not only ethically wrong, but plagiarism is also a legal offence—yes, this applies to jewellery as well.

Every person who turns to me is aware of their own worth, and demanding an original design is the very least I can offer. Respecting my distinctive style, we will create your design together—one that truly reflects who you are and speaks your own aesthetic language.

Transparency

During the consultation phase, I will always strive to be as clear and transparent as possible when explaining whether a particular design is feasible or not.

At times, a design may seem achievable in theory but proves impractical in reality due to technical constraints. I promise to clearly explain the reasoning behind every design choice and, just as importantly, to be firm in saying no when a piece cannot be realised—always in order to uphold my high standards of quality and long-term durability.

Quality and Craftsmanship

Attention to detail is a fundamental priority for Regina Rossa, and this value is equally central when working on commissioned pieces.

Price Range

Fully custom-made orders start at approximately €150 for very simple designs and increase depending on the chosen gemstone, the type of craftsmanship, the complexity of the design, and the hours of consultation involved.

Among my best sellers are the pendants from the Queen Line, with prices starting at €400 and increasing according to the selected design and gemstone.

For these pieces in particular, I strongly recommend insured shipping (€20 within Italy) rather than standard shipping (€7). Shipping costs are always calculated separately and are not included in the quoted price.

Lead Time

The minimum production time for a bespoke piece is approximately one month.

As a small, independent business, I require adequate time to ensure the level of quality and meticulous attention to detail that defines every jewel I create.

The exact timeframe for your custom piece will be clearly communicated during the consultation phase.

Deposit and Design Phase

Once you join the waiting list, we will have a brief introductory conversation during which you will share your jewellery idea and together we will assess its feasibility.

Before any design work begins, a deposit of approximately 30% of the estimated quote is required. This deposit is non-refundable.

Final Payment and Order Fulfilment

Once the design phase is complete, you will receive the final quotation for your bespoke piece. Production will begin only after the full balance has been paid.

It will be my pleasure to keep you informed throughout the various stages of the creation process.
