How to return an item

First and foremost, thank you for your purchase.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your product, you may return the item within 14 days from the date you receive your order.

Our return policy applies exclusively to items that have not been customized in size or made to order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition in which it was received: in its original packaging and in perfect resalable condition (not worn, damaged, or altered).

Once the returned item has been received and inspected for compliance, we will proceed with a refund of the amount paid, issued through the same payment method originally used. Please note that the refund process may take up to 10 business days.

The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment to the following address:

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

In the event that the product received is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon delivery, we will take full responsibility and cover all return shipping costs.

To initiate the request, please send an email to reginarossagioielli@gmail.com including the following information:

  • Clear photos of the incorrect, damaged, or defective item;

  • Your order number or the name under which the order was placed;

  • A preferred date on which you will be available between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. to allow the courier to collect the parcel.


EXCHANGES

If you wish to request an exchange, you may follow the same procedure outlined above for returns, with the additional step of sending an email to reginarossagioielli@gmail.com and clearly stating in the subject line that the request concerns an exchange.
